Affordable Community Housing Ltd ( ACH ) closed down our Bankstown and Wentworthville offices in November 2008 and relocated the head office to Silverwater.
This has been a very good move as the concentation of our 32 staff has created efficiencies which allowed more specialisation in services being provided to our tenants.
Currently we manage over 1,700 properties servicing 4,600 tenants across 16 Local Government Areas. ACH is the second largest community housing provider organisation in NSW.
In order to better service our tenants we have now opened four Local tenant Zones located in Bankstown, Belmore, Blacktown and Wentworthville; and we now have 42 support partners who provide specialist services to our tenants.
HIGHLIGHTS OF 2008 INCLUDE:
-
Tenant satisfaction of 96%
-
The 2008 NSW Awards for excellence in Community Housing in 3 catergories
-
"Commendation Overall Excellence in Community Housing"
-
"Service to Tenants"
-
"Tenant Participation"
