Affordable Community Housing (ACH) provides rental accommodation to low income householders.
Currently we manage over 2,100 properties servicing 6,000 tenants across 16 Local Government Areas. ACH is the second largest community housing provider organisation in NSW.
In order to better service our tenants we have now opened four Local Tenant Zones located in Bankstown, Blacktown and Parramatta; and we now have 44 support partners who provide specialist services to our tenants
At ACH, housing stress and its alleviation remains the key focus of our core business, while offering creative solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders.

We are pleased to announce that Affordable Community Housing in 2008 was allocated $1.5 million in funding under the Debt Equity Scheme which has assisted us to purchase 20 dwellings for Affordable Housing Tenants. Under the Social Housing Growth Fund in early 2009 we were allocated $42 million allowing us to acquire 171 new dwellings for Affordable Housing Tenants and in late 2009 we were allocated 254 new dwellings under the Federal Governments Stimulus package.
