We are property developers of tenant specific dwellings for our own tenants and for agencies such as the NSW Government’s Life Time Care and Support Agency. Our operations are responsible and environmentally sustainable. Specifically our buildings and new homes are designed so they are both sustainable and make a positive contribution to the local community.
In 2010-11 we were named the winner of the NSW Award for Excellence in Community Housing for tenant participation.

Evolve Housing celebrated Seniors Week with an outing to Berowra Waters, an occasion which reunited long-lost friends Lishan, Maohui and Vera. At the outing, 27 senior residents had the opportunity to rekindle friendships over lunch.Read more
