Andrea Galloway
Andrea Galloway
has been the CEO of Evolve Housing for 18 months and in that time has overseen considerable growth of the organisation, professionalised the image and introduced a range of new services to tenants and stakeholders. Andrea has over 25 years of executive management experience gained in strategic planning, business development and quality customer service delivery in both national and multinational commercial organisations. Andrea has held positions such as Asia-Pacific President of Spherion, Asia-Pacific CEO of Dutch ICT services and education firm Pink Roccade, Vice-President of Lucent Technologies Switching Solutions Group, CEO of AT&T Australia, Managing Director of AT&T’s carrier services and General Manager of AT&T Easylink Services in the South Pacific.
Andrea has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from National University in San Diego and is a graduate of the Executive Program from the University of Michigan. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD), a Justice of the Peace and holds a Property Development and Real Estate License.

Tatiana Oldyreva-Green | Chief Financial Officer
Tatiana Oldyreva-Green has been Evolve Housing’s Chief Financial Officer since 2008. As CFO for Evolve Housing Tatiana has secured lending from financiers for a property portfolio worth over $50m and participated and contributed to development of pilot for NSW Registration process, NRAS consultations and industry wide changes that transformed housing providers from small co-operatives to national and influential organisations like Evolve Housing.
Tatiana has been a member of CPA Australia since 2003, and is a member of Compliance Institute of Australasia; holds a degree in Business and Masters in Accounting and Finance, Diploma in Management and is active participant in industry forums such as HIA, NSW Federation of Housing and Power Housing Australia.
Tatiana came to the not-for-profit sector with experience in senior corporate finance roles; previously holding position as a CFO for Australia and New Zealand with global telecommunications giant HTC Corporation and as a Financial Controller for ING Holdings. Tatiana started her career in finance, property and maritime construction almost 15 years ago working on the Sydney Park development in Erskineville; Excelsior Apartments in Sydney; Catalina development in Queenscliff; Redevelopment of Rex hotel in Kings Cross; and the management of Goldsbrough redevelopment and observatory towers in Sydney.
Peter Malone| General Manager Asset & Infrastructure
Peter Malone is the General Manager, Development and Strategic Growth and has worked for Evolve Housing since 2004. Peter has held roles at Ansett Australia and Defence Housing Authority managing the asset portfolio and acquisitions. In his role at Defence Housing he was responsible for acquiring properties that were then placed on the sale and lease-back program.
On behalf of Evolve Housing, Peter has managed a number of large development projects; he has secured 248 units for Evolve Housing over the past four years using the Debit Equity and Social Housing Growth Funds. Peter has partnered with developers to submit NRAS applications and won more than 400 incentives for dwellings that are or will be managed by Evolve Housing. He has overseen more than $49.4 million worth of projects over the past 4 years; including the development of multi-storey apartment blocks including a block of 32 units in Mt Druitt and is currently in the process of developing 30 units in High Street Harris Park and 27 units in Werrington as part of this funding.
Peter has used methodologies and tools to ensure the dwellings purchased or built meet the needs of tenants and are located in proximity to schools, services, transport, and facilities thereby offering residents the greatest opportunity to engage in their community. Peter has acquired these properties for Evolve Housing at a price below the value of the independent valuation reports and has negotiated with developers to include adaptable units as well as high quality fixtures and fittings. He also pursues benefits such as low cost energy features and green options.
Mark Reader | Group General Manager
Mark Reader has worked in the social housing sector for over 25 years. He has recently taken the position at Evolve Housing as Group General Manager, Housing and Property Services. Mark started his career in the UK working for Shelter and a crisis refuge for homeless men. He then had roles with the Housing Department of a large Local Authority in North London, and three housing associations in the south of England.
In 1994 Mark came to Australia and helped establish City West Housing, the first affordable housing company in New South Wales. Since 1996 Mark has held various positions in Housing NSW and for the past seven years was Director, Program and Asset Delivery in the Community Housing Division of Housing NSW. In this role he had responsibility for the delivery of capital works programs of up to $90m per annum and implemented a number of innovative service delivery initiatives which have helped facilitate the rapid growth of the community housing sector in NSW.
In 2006 he won the Premiers Gold Award for Service Delivery for the implementation of the Housing and Accommodation Support Initiative and in 2011 he was part of a team which won the Premiers Award for Devolving Decision Making.
