NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE  FOR AFFORDABLE COMMUNITY HOUSING LTD

Andrea Galloway has been appointed the new Chief Executive Officer of Affordable Community Housing Limited (ACHL).

She brings over 25 years of executive management experience gained in strategic planning, business development and the provision of quality customer service delivery in both national and multinational commercial organisations.

Andrea takes up the position at a time when the community housing sector is taking on a growing role in the provision of social and affordable housing services for people in need.

A key direction for the future will be providing affordable housing for people in housing stress – people who are working, but are still finding it difficult to enter the housing market. Housing affordability is a national issue and ACHL is working with the NSW and federal governments and others to develop new models of affordable housing.
 
ACHL would also like to thank our previous CEO, Bernie Murphy, for his contribution, personal dedication and commitment in leading the company over the past 3 years.
