ACHL is proud to have handed over a purpose-built four-bedroom adaptable cottage to the Life Time Care Authority, which supports people living with major disabilities due to vehicle accidents.
ACHL procured the site at 62 Wildman St, Liverpool, and managed the development from instigation to handover. We will manage the inspection process and will be responsible for asset maintenance programs and aspects of the tenancy management.
New units in Mt Druitt and Penrith
Our first development property – at Hythe Street, Mt Druitt – is nearing completion. This five-storey complex has ten three-bedroom units and two-level basement off-street parking. It is serviced by lifts and designed with adaptability usage, as well as incorporating a variety of energy saving initiatives.
In Penrith, development is continuing for a ten-unit split level complex with basement parking on Roberts Street. The building consists mainly of two-bedroom units.
