At Evolve Housing water usage is charged in accordance with the Ministerial Guidelines for Community Housing Water Charging, which applies to properties owned or managed by our organisation.

A water usage charge will be billed quarterly. Residents pay either actual water charge usage or a percentage depending on whether the property has a separate or shared meter.
