Support Services
Evolve Housing recognises that the joint expertise of social service providers plays an important role in the management of successful tenancies. Evolve Housing has a long history of working in partnership with support organisations; currently we have formal partnerships with 50 support service providers. These organisations provide a wide variety of services to our clients who are in need of support. Tenants housed in supported accommodation are the most vulnerable and require various levels of support to gain independant living successfully. The level of support required depends of the individual need.
Aims
- Assist the most vulnerable groups that are at risk of homelessness; unable to access the private rental market and require intensive support services.
- Ensure that the most vulnerable groups achieve independent quality living through the provision of adequate support and housing management services.
- Establish a solid and co-ordinated approach in order to achieve the best outcomes for the most vulnerable groups in support housing.
- Be sensitive and responsive to the needs and requests of support services through delivering appropriate housing stock and high quality housing management services.
