Affordable Community Housing Limited (ACHL) provides rental accommodation to low income householders.
Currently we manage over 2,100 properties servicing 6,000 tenants across 16 Local Government Areas. ACHL is the second largest community housing provider organisation in NSW.
In order to better service our tenants we have now opened four Local Tenant Zones located in Bankstown, Belmore, Blacktown and Parramatta; and we now have 44 support agencies who provide specialist services to our tenants.
