The chemist assistance programs assists residents with the cost of medication on a regular basis.
The EFA assists struggling families with their children’s education providing allowances for the purchase of school uniforms, textbooks, stationery, educational software, excursions and other specialist equipment is provided. Successful applicants attended a presentation evening to receive their grants. These grants assists families and ensure that children don’t miss out on educational opportunities.
FAN is an excellent service whereby Evolve Housing team members, residents and volunteers keep in contact with those residents that are elderly or socially isolated within the community.
The Evolans program provides up to $1,200 towards the purchase of essential household white goods. The scheme gives residents who may not otherwise be able to replace essential white goods with the means to purchase brand new appliances. The scheme also provides an opportunity for residents to reduce costs related to old and inefficient appliances and enables them to be able to buy food in bulk and store it in a large fridge or freezer. The PAS program aims to help families with a grant of up to $350 to allow them to participate in sporting and physical activities by helping to pay for registration fees, sport equipment and clothing.

Housing NSW has announced an amnesty to encourage public housing tenants to declare any previously undeclared income, assets and property ownership. The amensty does not apply to properties owned or managed by registered community housing providers.
